We are still here for you.

To ensure the safety of the community, our patients, and our staff, we are now offering audio/visual virtual visits. The process is simple. As a patient, there is no extra fee and no need to download an app. All that is required is a smart phone (android or iphone), tablet, or computer with an internet connection, camera, microphone, and an appointment as usual.

Call our office or use the Athena patient portal or our website to request a virtual visit appointment. Virtual visits reduce patient and staff exposure to asymptomatic carriers of COVID19.

If you have symptoms of COVID19 (fever (temp > 100.4 deg. F), cough, new shortness of breath, diarrhea), or otherwise feel sick, do not come to the office. Please call your primary care physician for additional guidance or seek emergency care if you are experiencing dizziness, vision changes, facial weakness, slurred speech, confusion, fever, cough, new shortness of breath, chest pain, diarrhea or are vomiting blood.

Please consider a virtual visit if you:
*Have a weakened immune system,
*Problems with your heart, lung, kidney or are greater than 65 years old,
*Live with someone with COVID19 (presumptive or confirmed), or take care of someone with these conditions.

Once you are scheduled for a virtual visit, our staff will call you at the time of your appointment to start the check in process. You will receive a link via email, text, or patient portal. Simply click on the link, enter your name when prompted, and you will enter our virtual waiting room. Similar to your in-person appointment, there may be a wait as your provider gets ready to see you. After your appointment ends with the provider, you will be able to schedule a follow-up visit with one of our staff members.

Please keep in mind, we do not do televisits for emergency situations. Do not drive while conducting a televisit.
