Issam Abdelhid Daoud, M.D., was born and raised in Belbeis, Sharkia, Egypt. He graduated from medical school at Zagazig University. He completed his residency training in Neurosurgery, specialized in Spinal Surgery where he presented his thesis on anterior approaches to the lumbar spine while receiving his M.B.B.S.
Dr. Daoud has been a lecturer in the department of neurosurgery, faculty of medicine, Zagazig University over the past decade where he had earned his M.D. degree in spine and scoliosis surgery. He is a leader in minimally invasive spine including interventional spinal blocks as well as least invasive spinal fusions, endoscopic & laser spine surgery, and regenerative medicine (platelet-rich-plasma and stem cell) in Egypt. He is an international member of the Orthopedic and Wellness team of highly trained spinal physicians.
Dr. Daoud is he highly regarded for promoting minimally invasive and spinal motion preservation technology in Egypt. Dr. Daoud focuses on providing his patients with state-of-the-art spinal procedures that help relieve the pain and disability caused by herniated discs, spinal stenosis, arthritis of the spine, and many other spinal conditions. His hobbies include scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with his family.
