Judy D. first became a patient at Advance Pain Management in Germantown, Maryland, when her pain began to affect every aspect of her life.

“My pain affected my mood, me being active and aggressive in doing things,” Judy said. “It got me feeling old and looking old.”

Judy met with physicians and providers before surgery and liked how they were nice and professional while also accommodating her needs. She underwent her first surgery in October 2011 and had an almost instant recovery stating that she felt better “as soon as the anesthesia wore off”. Even though Judy is still recovering from her second surgery in February, she would recommend surgery to anyone.

“I found compassion, professionalism, accommodation, and love from everyone,” said Judy. “I want to thank each and everyone, especially the doctors.”
